Dentures

Tooth loss can be debilitating and have a large negative impact on your life. Missing teeth could make it difficult to enjoy activities such as speaking, eating, chewing, and smiling. Feeling nervous about smiling is no way to live life. At KK Dental, we offer high-quality dentures as a way to restore your teeth and boost your confidence.

Dentures are a removable frame with artificial teeth. Allowing you to have a full smile once again, dentures are also able to give you back basic oral function which was lost due to missing teeth.

There are different types of dentures available to you at the office. When you come to KK Dental for a consultation, our team members will examine your dental condition and work to ensure the best restorative treatment for you.

Full Dentures

For a mouthful of missing teeth, a complete denture is a great option. Full dentures stay in place using suction between the denture and the gum or by using dental adhesives. Using denture adhesive helps provide you with a slip-free experience.

Partial Dentures

If you are missing teeth but still have teeth left, partial dentures may be recommended for you. These dentures fill gaps and stay in place using clasps on adjacent teeth.

Dental Procedure for Dentures

Because each patient has unique needs, treatment plans for dentures and partial dentures will vary. The first step is to visit our office for a consultation where we can ensure that you are receiving the best treatment plan. Once a denture type has been selected, any oral surgeries you may need will be scheduled. It is not unusual to need oral surgery when needing dentures. A mold will be taken of your mouth in order to create a custom dental appliance that perfectly fits. Once the dentures are made, our dental team will ensure that they fit your mouth comfortably.
