Dr. Kothari earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (formerly UMDNJ), USA, where he also completed the Research Honors Program in collaboration with professors from the Department of Oral Biology. He also holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) from SDM College of Dental Sciences and Hospital, India.
