Dr. Kishor Kulkarni, D.D.S.

Dr. Kulkarni originally graduated from a pristine dental school in India in 1978. He practiced there for five years, and then moved to the U.K. From there he took up dentistry in the states. Dr. Kulkarni graduated from the New York University School of Dental Medicine in 1999. He started the practice over five years ago dedicating much time and energy to our community. With more than 10 years of experience in the dental and corporate fields, Dr. Kulkarni has focused on bringing his patients only the best that dentistry has to offer by keeping himself and his staff informed on the latest advances and techniques in dentistry. Dr. Kulkarni runs a state of the art facility in North Brunswick, as well as Edison, NJ.

  • Kishor Kulkarni – (as a Patriot) From January, until march, of 2008, Dr. Kulkarni dedicated his time to helping soldiers in Iraq with the U.S. army. Captain Kishor Kulkarni spent these months treating U.S. soldiers and prisoners of war.
  • Kishor Kulkarni – (as a Father) Has inspired his own daughters to become interested in the field of dentistry. Dr. Kulkarni’s eldest daughter, Sita Kulkarni has accomplished a D.M.D. from UMDNJ, and is now practicing dentistry with KK Dental.
    He is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American.

Sita Kulkarni, DMD

Sita Kulkarni, DMD, graduated with highest honors from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Kulkarni completed her general practice residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, gaining valuable experience while treating the underprivileged patient community in a clinical setting. Dr. Kulkarni graduated as one of the ten students chosen to the Omega Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, and remarkably graduated dental school shortly after turning 24, making her the youngest dentist in her class.

While in dental school, Dr. Kulkarni was the recipient of the New Jersey Dental School Student Leadership and Distinguished Service Award, IDANA Student award. In addition to her academic awards and accolades, Dr. Kulkarni was very involved with the American Student Dental Association where she lobbied for various bills affecting dentistry to be passed in Washington, DC.

Dr. Kulkarni’s community service is very important to her and has endured beyond dental school, having visited Haiti to provide free dental care to hundreds of Haitians. Dr. Kulkarni plans on continuing this work and intends on visiting many countries to do work around the world as a member of Dentists Without Borders – as well as volunteering to provide dental work in the local community. Dr. Kulkarni is trilingual, bring fluent in English, Spanish, and Marathi.

Continuing education and organized dentistry are very important to her; Dr. Kulkarni is an active member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association and Middlesex County Dental Society.

When not treating patients, Dr. Kulkarni enjoys travelling, playing the Sitar, reading and a love for adventure sports – having been skydiving, parasailing, paragliding, cliff diving, rappelling, white water rafting, and ziplining.”

Dr. Paul Sugwon Ahn, D.D.S.

Dr. Ahn is a well recognized cosmetic and family dentist in Central New Jersey. He is known by his patients, community, and peers as a caring dentist. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgeon degree from the prestigious University of Toronto, which is ranked as one of the top five dental schools in North America.

Dr. Ahn’s extensive post graduate training and experience in comprehensive treatment planning will provide your family with optimal dental care and personalized service. Dr. Ahn has taken multiple clinical training in periodontics , endodontics, and oral surgery. His passion for his profession is reflected through the beautiful, healthy smiles he creates.

Dr. Sanjeev Satwah D.M.D.
Dr. Satwah attended University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) and received his D.M.D. degree. Upon graduation, Dr. Satwah was the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions. For example, the New Jersey Dental School Student Leadership and Distinguished Service Award and the American Student Dental Association Award of Excellence. Following, he was one of two dentists to be accepted into the General Practice Residency Program at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Dr. Satwah has been a part of the faculty at JFK Medical Center since being a resident, providing instruction to the dental residents in addition to providing volunteer dental care to the underprivileged citizens of the local community. Dr. Satwah is a part-time clinical instructor in the Department of Periodontics at UMDNJ, providing instruction to 3rd and 4th year dental students on the clinic floors. He is currently enrolled in a two year Implant Surgical program at New York University College of Dentistry, where he is training in advanced surgical placement of dental implants.

Dr. Satwah feels that it is important to keep on top of the advances in dentistry by taking continuing education courses. This allows him to offer his patients the most progressive of quality care. In fact, he has earned over 700 hours of continuing education and is near achieving the coveted Fellowships in the Academy of General Dentistry and International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Dr. Satwah plays an active role in organized dentistry. He currently serves as the President of the Indian Dental Association of North America. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, Middlesex County Dental Society, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
